Then I changed my sex to female through the racemenu, and I activated wildcat through the spell thing in the magic section, but now several of my ordinator perks dont work, like the timed block and getting a crit if I attack with a sword while they're in the middle of a move

Might as well, it's what everybody else does.

Not necessary. My guess is he forgot to set the custom meshes as Aylen's skin or messed up the armor addon somehow.

I believe Atronachs have their own. I also wouldn't doubt if there were some ancient Ayleid or Dwemer technology that made some that haven't been discovered yet.
