The guy i bought it from said the lights were pinned cos the motors were burned out. I put new ones in, they burnt out. Replaced again, burnt out again, then i just gave up. Bought mine at 150k and its about to cross 180k

was thinking to either sell it and get a C4 vette, or just throw an LS in it once its motor eventualy dies.

I had a 01 mustang V6 before my bird. Jackass blew a red light and T-boned it tho.

It always felt to me like the trans had a hard time shifting at freeway speeds. Id be going like 65, floor it to overtake, rpms pin at like 6500 for about 3 seconds then it would shift. You have the same problem?

my WS6, makes 345 at the wheels after mods but im considering selling it for something a little more everyday. perhaps a mustang?

not going highway speeds. flooring it it usually shifts fine.

always shifts up slow on the lower end though, usually when i accelerate around 30.

did you do much to yours? had mine about a year now and looking to work on it a bit, was thinking exhaust and a tune.

I'm surprised they had it in the configuration I really wanted. I didn't want the Supercrew since I preferred the proportions of the Extended cab, I wanted the 5.0L V8, and I wanted the interior trimmings. It had all that for cheaper than basically every model on the lot since I'm a special fucking snowflake, and it was a snowflake model.

Bumper/headlight damage was going too quick around a corner that I'm normally used to taking rather fast. Tires gave out and it under-steered into the back of a parked Mercedes. Mercedes had little to no damage, insurance didn't even do a payout even though I admitted fully at fault, that's how little there was. My car got that.

The front fender damage was from an asshole backing up into me at an intersection. Having to go to court for that one because of my inexperience dealing with insurance and such, and his insurance denied liability somehow.
