I'm new to this game (lvl 35 WHM right now) but I've played other MMOs and I'm trying to set up macros

this one works the way I want, but the ability queueing does not seem to work with macros. is there a command or some way to fix this or do you have to button mash?

i mean without using macro I can hit the button for the action right before the GCD ends and it will queue the next action to start ASAP, but this does not happen with macro and I have to button mash

macros cannot queue, nothing you can do about it

in general it's good practice to stay away from combat macros because of the no-queueing thing and they tend to break pretty easily

Macros can't queue, all you're going to end up doing is wasting a shit-ton of GCDs hammering the macros only for nothing to come out.

i'm pretty sure there are some targeting commands deep in the key bindings that let you do this, i don't play healer so i have no reason to do so

that said, macros that are 1/2 lines long aren't terrible if you get used to mashing them out since the time you save from not fucking around with targeting is worth dealing with the shitty macros
