If they added NPCs I think forge would alone would be worth 60.

If they sold just the customs browser with forge and added in local play while taking out everything else, I would actually reccomend the game. Problem with 5 isn't that it doesn't have enough content. It's just too much of the content is terrible. The good stuff is burried under a sea of shit.
