you're only allowed to post ITT if you have shit mpgs with your shitbox
I'll start, I managed to average at 9l/100km (31mpg) with my 1.6 liter 101hp focus

>Focus with a boot
way to give up on life
You should try driving like a granny. I love coasting to red lights.
It's the best choice
But that's boring
Then dont complain about shit mpg.
where did I complain?
>miats
>25 MPG
feels droney mane
Pointing out that you have shit mpg in an economic car.
Isn't 9l a bit much, esepcially with the 1.6?
Is this during winter, Or is your car automatic?
My 1.6 Mazda 323F needed 6.5, and the 1.6 Impreza I had after that needed 8-8.5l with 4wd
Currently I have a Omega 2.2, I also get around 9l/100km but that thing weighs over 1,6 tons
I don't think that's complaining
Yes, during this winter, and it's a manual
But I also don't try to drive economically
40hp 1.0 Peugeot 106 11l/100km
I drive like a retard, this needs to stop
11l/100km here. 2 litre VVTI.
That's impressive. How the fuck are you even achieving this? That piece of shit has to be on it's last legs to run so badly
>My mother gets a better fuel economy DDing her Porsche 964 kek
>4cyl tacoma
> 17mpg
at least my civic gets like 40
I get 25mpg average in a 2005 focus 2.0L.
12mpg in 89 crown vic but it's probably burning 1 part oil to 3 parts gasoline
I drive it twice for 5-10km daily, it's between 0 and -5 celsius here and I rev it high because it doesn't have any power on lower rpm, so it accelerates slowly and bores me.
New engine is like 150€ and two afternoons so I don't really care.
About 10L/100km. 4A-GE 16 valve and a 5 speed manual.
>chevy blazer
>14mpg
10l/100km here.
2.3 Liter Volvo Turbobrick here.
12mpgs
99 nissan maxima
My ke70 gets only 18 mpg (12.5l/100 km), 1.5l 4 speed manual, heavy traffic, ac full blown, normal driving shift up around 3k rpm
Hell, what year tacoma? It's better than my corolla
Ae82 corolla fx right? What kind of traffic?
my miata gets fucking awful MPG. you think a 1.6l shit box would do good but it doesn't. i average around 20-25
I get mixed up, sorry user
>Ae82 corolla fx right? What kind of traffic?
>Hell, what year tacoma? It's better than my corolla
42 empegees, hint is early 2000s toyota
I don't think you eurocucks truly know bad mpg's 31 is pretty fuckin good
i average 8.5l/100 km with my rocco :)
not like if you rev it high its got any acceleration lmao 0-100 in like half a minute
26mpg
Mazda 3 2.3L 5 speed manuel
Imperial Gallon is smaller than the US Gallon so their MPG numbers are off.
I get like 22 on average
18mpg average (which is all city since I don't really ever use the highway) 01 i6 volvo s80
My Subaru loyale gets a little less I think
How many miles on your focus? I've heard they don't get usually make it past 130- 140k miles
~18sec, one of the first things Ive checked lmao
I can easily get 60 to 70 MPG on flat road
You fags jelly?
I used to get 26-27 when I could get 100% gas for just a dime more than 10% corn, then the gas refineries fucked with the formulation so they could sell 87 Octane corngas even cheaper, so now the 100% is like $.30 more expensive. Now I burn corngas and get 22-23.
How does it make any sense to burn %10 corn when it kills by mileage by more than that? (I know the BTU penalty should be 3%, but that's not what my emmpeeegees say.)
2.3L 98 HP Ranger.
to help the burgers, these are the converted numbers.
>36 mpg for the '92 Mazda 323 1.6 with just over 200k miles on it
>29.4 mpg for the '98 Impreza 1.6 five speed 4wd (120k miles)
>26mpg for what you know as a '03 Catera with a 2.2 4cyl and five speed (80k)
You mean my focus?
It's at 113k km/70k miles right now
No major problems with it, except that it's slow
>2008 Mazda Mazdaspeed 3
>20-22 American MPG's in the city if I stay out of boost
>26-30 American MPG's on the highway depending on speed
It's really good considering the power in it. Around 280 hp out of that 2.3L I4. Handles good, quick, and a good economy.
In eurofriend measurements:
>City 11.7 - 10.6 L/100km
>Highway 9 - 7.8 L/100km
Using 98 RON gas, or American 93 Ocyane
I get about the same in my 1.8 20v Golf :^)
>170hp
>145 lb-ft torque
>2.0
>18-21 city mpgs
>24-26 highway
99 Ford Explorer V6 Limited
>11 mpg
88 civic
20 mpg mixed driving
End my suffering
Getting 15.5-17.5mpg on premium
'97 K2500 with a 5.7
28L/100km
8.4mpg
Suzuki 1.8
12l/100km (24mpg) city driving the shit out of it 10l/100km (28mpg) cruising at 100 mph on the highway. Trucks and crossovers are getting so quick that I need to give it at least 70% throttle sometimes to keep up with traffic. Feels bad.
Once I got only 33mpg/7L/100km in my shitbox when I was driving 100mph average on the highway.
Usually I get about 50-60mpg, wich is still pretty bad, if I realy try hard I might get up to semi decent 70 mpg.
>94 twin turbo
>40L/100k
>6 miles per gallon
And it's not even the worst I've seen. My flat mates old gtr managed to go a big fat 70km after putting 70L in
>05 Legacy GT
>on average around 12 but as low as 8.5
>premium is currently over $3 per gallon where I live
>a tank of gas costs me $50
>$50 dollars to go 202 miles
