I know there's a Pokémon board, but fuck /vp/. I'm a casual Pokémon player (well, advanced casual if that's a thing, I've played all gens but never got into competetive battling). I have a question!! I was picking up all the berries in Poké Pelago, ignoring the Pikipek that had come to the island. After picking up all berries, I decided to click Pikipek.... AND IT'S A SHINY!!!! Is there ANY chance that Pikipek won't GTFO now that I've taken all the berries? This is the first time in my life I encounter a shiny save for the Red Gyarados in Gen 2.

I read some interview recently where Reggie acknowledged/sorta implied that part of why third party support was lacking on the Wii U was that it was a bitch to program for so they tried to fix that for the Switch
