Sap tanks didn't get neutered.

It's not the skill level, but the material tier you unlocked.

So if your blacksmiths is 50 but you've never spent a point in it you'll stiff find iron.

And your player level. I only have 4 points in smithing but I still find Rubedite.

Really? That i surprising. I thought the impending stamina nerf would hurt my sap tank from getting into content. Guild mate already had her stamina nightblade DPS kicked from her regular trial group for another magicka class so they can get experience for the runs post patch.

Yes, at least one, maybe two. But something happen when argonians born under the shadow did something involving Sithis that resulted in the connection between argonians and the Hist getting cut off for an unknown time, enough to cause a race-wide depression.

Now they live in mud huts because the Hist tells them to do it, and building with stone is the same as trying to "turn back the river", whatever that means.
