The whole zone is a gank fiesta. Safety in numbers is the key here! If your faction controls Hemet you get a brief bubble of safety that is strongest near the camp and weakens the further you venture away from it, allowing that faction to quest a little bit until the other faction regroups and makes the next push. Horde and Ally went back and forth for hours taking control of the camp. Even with stealth I was only able to get 2/10 tigers because there are random groups of 5 ally or horde roaming all over the place.
Every once in awhile somebody of the losing faction will make a mad dash for Hemet to turn in a quest. That's a free kill.
I didn't make a lot of exp but many memories.
