Honestly its just her %HP damage on her Q that I have issue with.

The CC and tankiness should be allowed (If tapped a bit since its VERY strong) if her role is a tank she needs to be very hard to kill and deliver a good amount of CC.

For some reason I think buffing true damage might make for a more useful tool to counteract shields. Buff in the sense that True damage starts doing damage to the HP rather than the shields. Call it just an idea but it could easily make other champions who do true damage stupid overpowered...or even bring some into light like Vel'koz.

Jarvan, irelia, ezreal, nasus,viktor, diana, ekko, eve, poppy, to name a few. What item do these champions have in common? Yes, you guess correctly. Sheen and its items, Iceborn, Lichbane and Trinity Force. These few items dominate the meta, and even cause some champions to be reworked and gutted because of just how strong they are. All 4 of these items need to be remove ASAP until they can figure out a way to balance them.
