at those levels tank armor is helpful, especially for cases like ripper demons to help minimize food loss and extend trips.

I'm saying that, because ranged was my only source of defence xp and it went from being the lowest to the second highest stat, slayer tasks where range is the preferred option are a mayority.

I'm talking about this. If you get far enough in ports to make a set and far enough in the Arc to get the gloves/boots, occasionally getting a drop like this is more annoying than helpful.

They're probably former leechers. If you dg frequently, you may find it helpful to keep a list of people to avoid.

You know each extra door opened is 1% more xp, if it takes you more than like 10 seconds when the floor is done it's literally a waste of time.

Yes, it should say on the WINterface, but most people skip any unnecessary monsters, guardian door monsters, because you can usually get better xp/hr from just finding as much rooms as you can.
Of course one room can cuck you out of half the floor.

"Level Mod" is determined by how much stuff you kill, more mobs killed mean a higher level mod which slightly increases xp and tokens.
You'll notice fast floors usually have a very low level mod because they tend to have fewer gds. Typically level mod is around -12, but anywhere from -6 to -18 is fairly common with some floors being below -20.

FFXIV. A lot more simple than RS though. You can stick to your beginning class throughout the game and use only that, not really counting the secondary class you need for the job. They have crafting and gathering classes, but still not needed. Just something to do once you exhausted all other resources.
And you gotta play with other people once in a while. Forced dungeons and all. Kind of weird.
I had plenty of fun with it. Maybe give the trial a try.

I used to play gw2, and then tera, and ff14 (and even a bit of swtor), but I've found myself crawling back here since every other mmo these days are just the same fucking themepark shit

dunno, its in final beta, but the subreddit only has 9 people looking at it at the moment, so it must not be too popular. It's had a good bit of bad publicity as well so that's going to hamper numbers, as well as it being a game where if you want to do literally anything, you better get into a big clan. It's bound to turn a lot more people off since most enjoy solo mmo experiences these days.
