What does Veeky Forums think of scooters?

>high kilometrage with low fuel consumption
>park anywhere
>start and go
>easy to ride
>confortable

It's the perfect vehicle for cities and small distance rides.

Which one do you own?

I have pic related. Yamaha Nmax 125cc ABS.

I don't care about motorcycles.

I like small bikes more.
But scoot is cute

I'm thinking of getting this one.

Are Vespas any good?

Or is it unreliable?

I want to buy this one.

>What does Veeky Forums think of scooters?
50cc is scooter. Above that and you are regulated as motorcycle. So if you prefer the 125cc Yamaha, you are preferring a motorcycle as the licensing laws go.

Motorcycles also require the driver to have a motorcycle license and a motorbike license plate.

What's the engine size of something like this? 25cc?

50cc

Scooter has nothing to do with CC.

This one is a scooter and still has over 600cc

...

Pathetic. You could have gotten a real bike, but didn't.

Tell me why I should care about motorcycles?

Some people like X type of cars, others like Y. Live and let live.

I don't like motorcycles, I prefer scooters.

Deal with it.

I've got a big sport touring bike right now, I've been looking at a Honda ruckus 125/150 swap for a while now, I might pull the trigger on one this summer.

Scooters are nice
Don't listen to these faggots, they are compensating

>Tell me why I should care about motorcycles?

Because they are the same thing.

>Live and let live.
This aint tumblr

Scooters are not the same as motorcycles.

Both are two wheeled vehicles powered by a engine designed to carry 2 people. Main difference begin that scooter generally have an automatic/cvt transmission instead of manual gearing like on a motorcycle.

>kilometrage
Apparently this is a word.

kilometrage (plural kilometrages) the total distance, in kilometres, travelled. the number of kilometres travelled by a vehicle on a certain volume of fuel. an allowance for travel expenses at a specified rate per kilometre.

>tfw no speedy speedy Supercub
>tfw the bigger ones already count as motorcycles here because the limit is set at a fascist 50cc

Yeah I've googled it myself. I've just never it before.

Chinese 50cc is best 50cc

Super cubs are not scooters though, and you can quite easily swap them with pitbike 125-190 engines.

Google Edin Cub, 25 hp with Daytona Anima 190, up to 40 with NOS.

enid not edin*

why dont you buy a bike with a real engine instead?

why don't you fuck off idiot?
>hurr look at my leader i can barely corner with

So what do you guys think of Vespas?

Are they as unreliable as Italian cars?

afaik they are one of the best in terms of reliability and general quality, better than modern retro hondas for sure

>tfw live in suburbs of big city and could only pull this off when in the city proper

I might be memeing but I'd love a Vespa. Like says, they're known to be quality.

Nobody wants to be some fag that rides a scooter.

No, you are the fag.

NO UR A FAG

This is my Honda Elite 80. I love it so much, I suggest buying one for anyone who has a lot of local stuff you like to do. Amazing gas mileage and I really like the design of it.

If I didn't open that thumbnail I would've thought it's a woman

God I love wedgy scooters so much

I had a white one for a year, did the job and was kinda fun.
