he's a very safe champion to play in top lane
he's got a few counters (mostly champions who are auto-attack reliant)
his basic combos are easy (hit e -> summon ghouls, hit w -> summon maiden -> hit e), but his nuances and build possibilities make him hard to master
he's a good champion to get better at top lane as he can freeze, push, split, teamfight, name it - and he teaches aboutt making sacrifices (you can't do everything at once, so you have to know when to do which one)

Barring any technicalities, Anivia has the lowest health at level 1, with 467 HP. However, Kled is a curious case. He has 340 base HP, but due to his passive, he receives a boost to his HP.

This champion has a skill called "Stand United".

Why even bann a jungler anymore?

You basically would need to bann:
Rengar / Kha / Lee to start off. Then the next tier of OP: Hecarim, Vi, Zac. There's no point in banning junglers.

The biggest problem with jungle in season 7 is that they can just pick whatever lane they want and sit there for a minute preparing an elaborate gank. If they do that they don't really face a penalty in that they lose farm or XP.
