He admits on twitter he had to downsize it a bit and there's not much effect space left to forge with without destroying the frame rate, but it's still a very impressive feat.

Not sure if much custom game use will come out of it due to that but it's impressive enough on its own.

I can't even imagine how great H6's forge will be.

This game should have been on PC at launch in 2008.

Even 8 years late, it still plays SO much better with a mouse snd keyboard.

That's what they ended up doing with MCC later anyway.

Their excuse was that they didn't want to divide the playerbase any further.

The only reason Trumo was ever on the radar is because he recieved unprecendented air time during the primary season.
Every single rally was covered. Not as political news, but as entertainment.

He got literally hundreds of millions of dollars of free advertisement time, more than all other candidates combined.

So by the time they realized this and tried to shit on him, it was too late and it certainly doesn't make up for the good it did him in the primary season.

Personally I'd say we needed a modern recreation rather than a carbon copy, but not too different like Alpine is. A forge world 2.0, if you will. Larger, somewhat more varied landscape. Emphasizing some of the smaller locations that had a neat aspect to them. Like the areas just above the canyon, if they had been fleshed out into larger more intricate landscapes. Inside the huge cave could have been slightly smaller branching cave systems on the sides. The rocky end of the canyon by the cave could have been expanded into another mountain are similar to the Island. The Island's mountain could have been partially hollow so you can build custom interior caves, forerunner facilities, or a volcano. Make it easily forged into the original version, of course.
