CTF tips:
Rein can hold his shield up when he caps to make turret defense useless.
Winston bubble works similarly.
Zarya can shield whoever's capping the flag so they can't be hurt, this works really well with a Winston bubble because the other team has to walk into it and you can bubble then.
Winning team fights is still the best way to take the flag don't just think you have to try and sneak it out.
The best way to sneak a cap is wait for the enemy team to push to your flag then do a 5v6 while genji or tracer go and cap with nobody else there.

Characters like Junkrat is a widely known master criminal who has canonically been all over the world, including China, in order to steal/murder/main/destroy. It's not crazy to see him donning a bunch of Chinese rockets and speaking badly pronounced Mandarin like a tourist just trying to fit in.

Honestly, the only character that doesn't fit at all is Tracer, as she has no reason to be in China in the least, and is probably only dolled up for the event because she's the Face character and is kinda obligated to be included.
