Changes from Master Rule 3 to 4:
- Each player now starts with 12000 LP, not 8000.
- The player who goes first cannot Pendulum Summon on his/her first turn.
- New Banish Zone located behind the leftmost Spell/Trap Card Zone.
- New "4th Deck" outside of the Main, Extra and Side Deck, as well as a "4th Deck Zone" located behind the rightmost Spell/Trap Card Zone.

New Summoning Mechanic 1: (I'm assuming this is the summoning mechanic that "works well with Terrortop and Rescue Cat")
- Condition to summon: 2 or more monsters with different levels.
- If the condition is met, select the Material monster with the highest level and Special Summon a monster from the "4th Deck Zone" with the same Rank as it.
- All Material monsters go under the summoned monster, and the summoned monster activates its effects by detaching materials.
- An upper limit of 15 cards could be added into the 4th Deck.

Pendulums are an abomination to health duels. Right now they are "balanced" because the meta is so fast they can't make proper use of their mechanisms, but getting free +4 every turn in a mere 6 turns duel is absurd.
