Well as fun as that might be, programing a fighting game and all the assets for a proper one is not an easy task. For an actually working one that is not broken is even harder.

Even still that requires spites to be made (really good ones take time), a moveset to be made (not too hard, just need someone who could come up with one with some input from each OCfag with specifics from each character), a decision for who the game would play out (if I remember correctly mugen goes off of an MvC format), sound effects, ect ect.

While yes this could happen and even be possible, there is a large amount of work to be done and considering the track record for games in this thread, never going to happen.

Fighting games are the hardest type of game to make. They look simple on the surface, but making one with cancelling and combo potential requires a level of skill and understanding that very few genres match in terms of complexity. Maybe RTS.

Exactly my point, that's why Fazbear's Fight is a "What if" Fnaf was made into a fighting game, not actually making one. The amount of assets needed for even a basic fighting game is still huge, not to mention making an actual fighting system that it not broken and allows for basic fighting game staples, such as special, jump, and hyper cancels, can be difficult to program as the frames for that to happen and not happen are needed at the very least.
