My team loses a lot in away matches I would imagine. Nera/Merain are not dangerous as an away team. As long as you have Victoria in the right spot you can shut it down.

It is a climbing team, not a defending team.

If you fought me recently and remembered me from 2015 you would realize the core team never changed.

I am using the same team I used for the past year and a half. I used Nera/Meiran long before her EE and Bea/balth is literally the only front I've ever run for PVP. That is all I ever used and it was enough to get to galaxy every season since back in 2015.

Balth and Khirel were my only two legends since their "re-roll tier days". Before I finally got a Jin I was stuck with Lucian as my only GK, and Lia in my midline as she was an early speed totem. Lia was also my ace originally because Lucian didn't have his EE yet, but he got it at the end of that year.

tl;dr

I've never had the resources to follow trends, and I am lazy as fuck and like my dragons. If my team resembles a bandwagon team it is because the meta shifted into my team and not the other way around.

I spent ~600 crystals for Thor, meaning highest point output, and got one skin, 3 5* boxes, and one GP500

I am climbing at my usual rate. Hit 2600 earlier and then fucked around a bit and dropped back champs today due to some heavy ardor rainbow matchups (bad RNG + WOM William = loss)

Light and dark and thudner teams are mostly free wins. Rival WW can be scary and RNG can fuck those up so they go either way.

Rainbow (especially ardor heavy rainbow) are still the biggest threat to my mostly WW team, as are serestia/alice rainbow teams. I haven't seen mono-ardor in over a week.

WW needs better midline players to be really good.
As it is, it's a "stable" midline, just like old thunder backlines were.

WW has no answer for victoira which is the main problem. Duke/meta/beth under a silla ace is also a bad matchup for it.

With that said few teams have a midline which have an easy time with Choi/meta/Vic or Duke/Met/Vic. Even when those lines fight each other it is a mess and comes down to stones and RNG.

This isn't a weakness unique to WW.

Xing is pretty good and doesn't have even have an EE yet

FTS VF will have no problem getting through Vic (and anyone else), but she's also an open door for just about everyone

My VF has FTS and is very underwhelming. She gets one solid pen per match and nearly dies from it. If the enemy have the ball she will steal and take fatal damage from vic or meta.

Xing could be a contender with his EE. I have yet to be impressed in seeing one in action though.

You can build a bit of DR on VF, she shouldn't be taking that much damage when she's penetrating considering attackers get DR when ball holding

TB victoria smashes her for like 1500 while ball holding. I have never seen VF get past her with more than 1hp after a pen.

I didn't think it was possible to find a more fragile player than miho, but VF is that player.
