how much stronger is a second baha over a magna weapon? it's like 20-22~% attack, but I'm not sure how many characters need to be affected by it to make it better. or is it just useful for the additional health as well as damage.

You're life will certainly be harder without off-element summons, but they're not required. A SSR buncle can be used for reaching 100% damage cut. Anything else can be covered by player/character skills.
