Fun fact: I ran out of gas on the final lap and thats why Cosmo passed me. It looks like a bump & run, but I was literally in 6th gear coasting and he didn't know.
He turned me about halfway through the race, and I burned a ton of fuel having to catch back up, pass, and then pull away. Never once thought to monitor my fuel level. Just assumed I had enough.

Targa is good when everyone knows it well enough to not go off track and end up down a hill
I'd be down for that as I am fine with waiting for people to recover or just restarting so we can get back to having fun
maybe just go for a shorter track like Magione or something, with varied cars. Or a longer track with cars of similar performance.
Put it on Targa Florio and add as many cars as possible, even if you can only put one of each, take ones people are likely to use
