I know a semi good server with ~50-80 people constantly, it's Portuguese, but they speak english. The server is also on a good location for burgers to play without a lot of ping, and slavs too

Do we even want anything to do with /v/? I think it's still worth pursuing Happi's dead server. It's brand new so we can't say we've done all that we can to populate the server at this point.
