I might agree but I think the biggest problem is the story is too short. I can't really take Urias's disappointment with the whole world seriously when he's only been awake for a couple days. Who knows, there might actually be someone powerful enough to rival him.

I think it's quite useful in certain matchups where you have to fight for early board control. I've tried teching differently, e.g. fates hand, angelic snipe, but i found kaleido was the most effective overall.
Here in A1/A2, I run into more dragons than elves.
1x Kaleidoscopic Glow
1x Fate's Hand
1x Summon Iceform
So far these 3 flex slots are doing pretty well for me.
