I just moved my lvl 30 warrior from Elysium to Zeth because Elysium is just unbearable to quest in. Every node and spawn is camped by bots and china farmers, they really inflate the servers population by a lot. Was worth releveling for desu.

Just because they happened to resist 4/5 in that specific scenario, doesn't mean that overall they have a 80% stun resist.
If they resisted your stuns 100% of the time would you argue they have 100% stun resist? Na
