People who played Chapter 6, what was the deal with two monokuma puzzles on the wall where the rounds are?

Oh, I saw that line (mis?)translated as he never intended to die, not that he was prepared to. That changes a few things.

However I think those tapes were to control the exsials, not a recording of his voice/explanation of his plans, were they not? He definitely knew he was going down chapter 5 (he had an assassin, robot and detective after him, he knows he was outnumbered), but the only thing he really prepared as far as I can tell was the "script" he provided to Kaito to impersonate him in the trial.

Still I don't know what he planned to do after pretending to be the mastermind and claim to end the killing game, truth bomb the survivors so they won't want to leave and trapping/disabling monokuma. Did he just expect to live out his days with everyone thinking he's the mastermind? Did he not expect to get killed?

Yeah, I think chapter 4 is where he realized he done fucked up and he had to start making plans on the fly instead of being two steps ahead.

Amami wasn't able to because he died literally less than two days into the game, but with Ouma, I wouldn't be surprised if he purposefully locked it up and hid it, as it being tied to his backstory as a non psychopathic despair means it could partially blow his cover.
