This. Mod it for performance. Strut bars are a good place to start. Also clean up those headlights

Dont do any too obvious mods. Do semi performance for most changed parts because they are better than stock sometimes and wont make it ride like shit on a variety of road types.

Ive heard of people trying to put d17a2 cranks in there but idk how possible or welll that works.

I would just black out all the chrome with vinyl wrap.

Start with the intake and exhaust, make sure to replace the whole exhaust not just the muffler, also watch videos of different exhausts so you don't accidentally get one that sounds like shit. After that move on to wheels and tires, get name brand wheels that aren't flashy and get some good performance all weathers if you plan to daily it. Also make sure to upgrade the suspension, although I can't give you much advise there because I don't know shit about suspension.
