T2 Black Bolt is pretty good. I like using him to solo any floor (he's eligible for) between 16-19 on SL and occasionally a WB.

In timeline everyone has GBI who needs it, wb are immune to it
Shadowland is the only place it's useful and even then not by much

He's pretty much a beast in his T2, so much of a beast that he can deal with plenty of floors by himself ALONE, iThanos and almost all Chapter 12 (with help, obviously). Just be intelligent and get nice SCD and SpdMvm so that he can go bonkers.

That's a pretty good setup but it's hard to give advice without seeing overall stats and individual card rolls.

Besides the 10% boost to all attack/all defense, it gives him the ability to Guard Break an enemy every 7 seconds. Nothing really to get hyped over.

I like using 6*-5*-1*-3*-2*. In that order, he'll be immune, do 2 damage moves, stun the enemy, and then spin right into the enemy to use the 6* again.

He definitely still needs a healing set, roll IAAG/Stark Backing and you go either RR or Defpen/Crit for obelisk

Ya I'm going to sit on it and wait for some feedback. To get something of that calibur on the first three rolls is pretty nice in and of itself, but only if it's good for the character.

I was really worried, but I've actually been pretty pleasantly surprised by Cap at T2 and definitely wish I'd done it sooner.
That said, iso set wise I think it depends how much gold you've got to spend rolling iso sets. You could just throw some 3 or 4* isos on a poah set for him for now, but I would probably recommend some form of healing. Whether you reroll for SB or IAAG or you try rolling an obelisk with a healing proc.
I can't say for sure as I didn't use T2 Cap without a healing set.

Even that aside, like half of Black Bolt's moves already have guard break on it so chances are the added guard break from the uni will just get wasted on a skill that already has it.

Thanks, I guess I'll poke around. I feel there's a real good chance to be able to increase what seems to be poor damage while still being able to tank hits, but I've been wrong before.
I'll need to get Gear 1-4 in a better spot before T2ing though and I'll need gold.

what? nope, GBI is great. It's just that most people here won't admit that they can't play perfectly to avoid getting hit by guard break skills.

Someone like Hyperion needs GBI, so people with long animations and no i-frames benefit from it.

Have RG, can confirm he needs GBI badly.
Built him to be a glass canon that shoots nukes essentially. Trying to get him a gear that does a decent fire damage buff plus has GBI. Best I've got is one that has fire damage, ignore dodge and a shield proc. But he's got an old +48 gear on so he's good for now until I can get that unicorn.

I've beaten every wb with her, I get higher in abx with her than elsa, and she can easily solo any blast relay or even the female relay but with some difficulty due to 2 combat enemies

Usually I prioritise unfarmables but they're all at 6* and all of the ones I'm interested in T2ing are already at max gears. JJ excluded since her T2 might be shit and I don't want to take the risk. Kate seems like the obvious choice but the sooner I get her to 6* and 20/20/20/20 the sooner I'm going to be getting 6 wasteful bios each day from VS3. I guess I could use the extra bios if she ever gets a uni but lol uni upgrades.

It wouldn't be the worst option 2bh. As you can see I have her at T2 and she's pretty solid, she's not a meme but not a waste of resources either. I wouldn't recommend T2ing her but getting her to 6* wouldn't be a bad idea, her leadership is great and if played right she could probably get you a SL floor solo. There's also the new MU uni coming out soon which might improve her.
