How do i convince my gf to get a bike licence? I'd like to get her into motorcycles but she's really scared. She has a driver's licence but still wont drive on busy roads cuze she panics in the thought of stalling the engine and getting honked at.

She is really understanding when i tell her i want some alone time so no problems there. And since she doesn't drive on her own i have to take her everywhere. Also she told me first she'd like to learn how to ride so it's not like i'm forcing her. Her crashing is my biggest fear but we live in europe so no high speeds is a thing here and bikes are really the best way to get around the city here.

Whichever you like the look/feel of most, they have the same engine.

She can drive, it's just that she panics if there is traffic. My thinking is that with a GROM she could just filter through cars and even if she stalled the bike it wouldn't be an issue, also she's bad at parking the car, you can park a bike anywhere.

Grom is not the best first bike if you aren't limited to a 125. At least get something that is slow, but can go normal speeds like a ninja 250 or something.

nah, i am the same way. that other guy is a retard. looks don't matter to me because if i start valuing how the bike looks too much, i know i'll be disappointed when it inevitably gets dropped/scratched/chipped whatever. i am not particular about my bikes at all and that is why i really love the look of naked bikes. a lot more mechanical and raw. i just dont like naked bikes because their engines are always complete fucking shit which is why I love ghostrider's naked turbobusa so much. a true performance 499bhp motorcycle. nothing else to it

On the other hand, I talked to a guy with a Suzuki restomod in my neighb who did what work he could do himself, took his time, and figured he had less than $5k in the bike inclluding the original purchase. It was pretty.

Best part about longitudinal, non parallel twins is valve adjustments. My CX was so easy to do maintenance on. The VT is so much tighter to work on and a lot more of a pain in the ass to get in the v.

The rear brake lever is bent now.
Is it worth it trying to unbent it or should I just buy a new one?

If you can unbend it, unbend it. It's not a structural piece so if it works it works.

I think you can unbend it but only once, after that it should snap. I don't dare to try it, I thought about asking my mechanic but I still haven't gone in 2 months, lol.

Bend it. If it breaks, use something else as a lever. I've seen someone use a wrench as a brake lever.
Or you could buy one if it breaks.

I bent my brake lever and bent it back in place. The lever still works fine after three years.

Those 2 big really thick wires are factory ones. Usually they have very big terminals like you see there. The thinner terminals with thinner wires on top are some aftermarket accessory.

Well by nature they have to make a complete circuit, so they're probably spliced into a positive wire elsewhere on the circuit. This is common because it allows you to wire it up so the accessory only comes on when the key is on.
