>38 tomorrow >still going this stronk Seriously, can anyone else even compete?
Dylan Myers
I fell for the grom meme
Austin Turner
good, enjoy
Ethan Phillips
Looks very empty
James Moore
I told you they were overrated dawg
Connor Clark
how does that filter air?
Hunter Phillips
how do you filter fgt
Brody Ross
>settings >filters and highlights >hide !0CATsq0Myk
Asher Cox
How do i convince my gf to get a bike licence? I'd like to get her into motorcycles but she's really scared. She has a driver's licence but still wont drive on busy roads cuze she panics in the thought of stalling the engine and getting honked at.
Liam Brooks
get a new gf
Jaxson Wilson
>lost my job >still really want to buy ~$1800 worth of safety gear and become a true power ranger It should be a good investment really but shit.
Isaiah Myers
She's not fit to be on the road, let alone on 2 wheels. Also, stop typing shorthand words in the middle of a full sentence. Completely unnecessary.
Eli Sanders
Naw man, i love my girl.
Zachary Parker
GROM's are like 4 person co-op games. Fun as fuck if you are all playing, awful on it's own
Bentley Campbell
Think...is this what you really want? You want to ride with her all the time? No more "yo just popping out for a ride for a few hours" for some solace and quiet time.
Getting your SO into your hobbies is a bad move. Also if she crashes you'll feel bretty shitty
Chase Myers
with an air filter?
Brayden Cooper
where?
Josiah Gomez
inside us all bro namaste
Asher Hall
She is really understanding when i tell her i want some alone time so no problems there. And since she doesn't drive on her own i have to take her everywhere. Also she told me first she'd like to learn how to ride so it's not like i'm forcing her. Her crashing is my biggest fear but we live in europe so no high speeds is a thing here and bikes are really the best way to get around the city here.
David Garcia
some people are fragile and not meant for dangerous things.
Owen Lopez
My gf rides but is atrociously slow, I might ride with her twice a year at most.
She already rode when I met her, but I don't see any upsides to having a girl that rides, unless you want to go on a motorcycle tour together or something, but if I did that I would get a proper tourer and stick her on the back because she's so fucking slow.
Jack Ross
Yeah, i know that if she will ride she'll be slow. But it'll free my hands a bit because now i have to drive her everywhere.
why doesn't she drive on her own? she shouldn't be learning to ride if she doesn't or can't drive by herself.
Julian Perry
Whichever you like the look/feel of most, they have the same engine.
Noah Ramirez
She can drive, it's just that she panics if there is traffic. My thinking is that with a GROM she could just filter through cars and even if she stalled the bike it wouldn't be an issue, also she's bad at parking the car, you can park a bike anywhere.
Michael Wilson
you can't be fucking serious cunt
Chase Williams
Grom is not the best first bike if you aren't limited to a 125. At least get something that is slow, but can go normal speeds like a ninja 250 or something.
Jacob Reed
what a fucking sad cunt
Jordan Turner
That sounds good too.
Elijah Torres
don't let her on a bike
she gon' die
Carson Baker
Yeah, maybe you're right. I guess i should just teach her how to drive in traffic.
Ian Campbell
Or she won't, and you'll have to spend the rest of your life driving here around because she'll never want to drive again.
Alexander Ortiz
Wut bike is gud?
A girl told me Triumph Bonnevilles are hot, so something like that but better.
Jonathan Brown
bmw or goldwing with a flat four vibes make them wet
David Edwards
>wahh I'm not the only user on the road >wahh I'm bad at something I've never done She seems too lazy to be bothered to dedicate herself enough to learn how to drive. Stop doing everthing for her, for fuck's sake.
William Ortiz
Nah, she promised me she'll at least learn to drive.
Daniel Jones
Wr125
Daniel Gutierrez
I meant if she got into a bike accident and survived she might refuse to drive anything after that.
just a reminder that this video exists and if you thought the cringe of it had worn off because it's been a few months since you last watched it, well, it hasn't.
Ayden Gonzalez
MT125 ofc
Camden Barnes
I could have been perfectly happy not even knowing this video even existed thanks. The cringe will never wear off that one.
Adrian Walker
Snowcat is genuinely a faggot. I don't even say that in the le popular youtuber sense or le #bikelife superstar sense. He is a dumb and misguided idiot that needs to get the shit kicked out of him and have some sense knocked into him
Asher Phillips
Snow "the law applies only to other riders, not me" cat. Nothing new. We should make a compilation of all the infractions this guy does and put them on youtube to majestically piss him off. That would teach him.
Jack Wood
Lads I need the KTM meme about them breaking down. Arguing with some lads about KTM's being the most reliable and highest quality bikes
Ryan Morris
You know, I am not one of these artsy faggots that gets all up in arms about how bikes look and the design/styling/etc... but I am man enough to admit that this is probably the first bike I have seen that speaks to me. Not just from a design point of view but also taking the performance aspect of it and the heritage of it into consideration.
Xavier Murphy
The amount of money involved in that...
Lucas Watson
Me too, perfect bike for my 15y/o nephew
Chase Cook
Don't delude yourself, you care just as much about looks as the rest of us. The only difference is that you have the taste of a 12 year old. Tell me more about the performance aspects of this halfords parts bin special.
Adam Phillips
wait, not him, but I literally don't care that much about looks.
I like nice looking bikes sure, but a bike being ugly doesn't factor into whether or not I'd buy it or not, it entirely comes down to performance and suitability for my purpose.
I can always just look at nice looking pictures if I want to see a nice looking bike it doesn't matter when you're riding.
I've had people on /dbt/ literally call me a liar and say it's not possible to not care what bikes look like that much before, it's curious this is so hard to believe.
Nicholas Turner
Just like the rest of us.
How is that in any way remarkable? This isn't custom cruiser cuck or fashion victim cafe daily.
Matthew Peterson
...
Camden Bailey
no trust me, the average /dbt/ user and the average rider cares a lot.
Lincoln Fisher
nah, i am the same way. that other guy is a retard. looks don't matter to me because if i start valuing how the bike looks too much, i know i'll be disappointed when it inevitably gets dropped/scratched/chipped whatever. i am not particular about my bikes at all and that is why i really love the look of naked bikes. a lot more mechanical and raw. i just dont like naked bikes because their engines are always complete fucking shit which is why I love ghostrider's naked turbobusa so much. a true performance 499bhp motorcycle. nothing else to it
Logan Allen
is synthetic motor oil supposed to look like syrup?
My engine is running much smoother now at least.
Adam Green
How much would that type of restomod cost? I'm interested, because I've got a Radian and restomod is pornography.
Gavin Morales
What are these plugs used for? I just followed it from the battery and it seems to just loop back around to the battery
William Gomez
Battery charger
Brody Ross
It's for your battery output or input. Use it to charge your battery or to run something like a USB charger from it
Jaxson Miller
hah, thanks. I knew I had seen those plugs before I just couldn't remember. I guess this thing is already wired for a tender.
Juan Jones
get a r65 if you want torque, it can easily keep up with a r1100s webm related
Bentley Bennett
That bike in ... The suspension package alone is around $3500USD... THAT guy, in Japan, is standing next to a $20kUSD bike.
On the other hand, I talked to a guy with a Suzuki restomod in my neighb who did what work he could do himself, took his time, and figured he had less than $5k in the bike inclluding the original purchase. It was pretty.
Cameron Mitchell
>want a Yam Tracer >it costs loads of money
tfw
David Kelly
>R65 >Compared to an r1150 sportcup >Torque I audbily kek'd
That's like me saying don't get a vfr800, I could keep up with cbr600rrs on my cx500 that's all the torque you need. I mean I could keep up with some not great riders, but those two bikes are in a different league.
Jack Adams
Well, I may have to put that project off a little. I'll be riding the Radian, and maybe when the engine needs a rebuild, I'll start heavily modifying it. I could buy parts along the way and put on simple stuff.
Anthony Cooper
The exact same.
Thomas Campbell
You know what I mean ;^)
Jason Hernandez
Best part about longitudinal, non parallel twins is valve adjustments. My CX was so easy to do maintenance on. The VT is so much tighter to work on and a lot more of a pain in the ass to get in the v. >My bikes v is too tight
Josiah Fisher
Yes that is true
Jaxson Nguyen
Is that fucking comic sans?
Evan Clark
yes
Adam James
pls b careful on your motor bike Veeky Forums
:o)
Dylan Murphy
That webm is really soothing
Jose Bennett
Yesterday I went too deep into the forest exploring some trails with my baiku. It had been raining the day before and it was too muddy in some points so... I dropped the bike. The rear brake lever is bent now. Is it worth it trying to unbent it or should I just buy a new one? I was going to blame the tires for this but we all know that I cant ride for shit so...
Samuel Kelly
If you can unbend it, unbend it. It's not a structural piece so if it works it works.
Thomas Parker
>he bought a kawashitty
Jackson Reed
>The rear brake lever is bent now. Welcome to the club. I can still brake just fine but it's a bit of a hassle. I think you can unbend it but only once, after that it should snap. I don't dare to try it, I thought about asking my mechanic but I still haven't gone in 2 months, lol.
Caleb Lewis
Bend it. If it breaks, use something else as a lever. I've seen someone use a wrench as a brake lever. Or you could buy one if it breaks.
I bent my brake lever and bent it back in place. The lever still works fine after three years.
Jonathan Lopez
I'll try to unbend it then and hope I dont break it. Thanks! Here's a (You)
Brayden Johnson
Another question...anyone know what the factory wiring is supposed to look like on a battery? Is it just the two big hook style positive and negative connectors that are screwed into the battery?
Nicholas Ortiz
What tires should I get? 05 kawasaki 636
Joseph Bennett
Those 2 big really thick wires are factory ones. Usually they have very big terminals like you see there. The thinner terminals with thinner wires on top are some aftermarket accessory.
Brody Rodriguez
just pick any sport touring tire made in the last 7 years
Brody Nelson
thanks. that what was i wanted to know.
is it normal for accessories to be hooked up to only the negative terminal?
Hunter James
Well by nature they have to make a complete circuit, so they're probably spliced into a positive wire elsewhere on the circuit. This is common because it allows you to wire it up so the accessory only comes on when the key is on.
Ian Ramirez
thanks for your concern, user. but most of us here want to die
Kayden Phillips
You can also see only positive terminal connected. Depends on the PO
Jackson Cook
jesus fucking christ my phone fell out of the mount today, so lucky the road was quiet and the cars somehow avoided going over it when I went to pick it back up.
I accidentally flicked it out when I was bringing my hand up to adjust my visor.
The rubber feet holding the phone in are gone, so what should I use as a phone mount for the time being?
Liam Myers
Your pocket because you clearly can't have nice things
