I got that and Rainbowmage overlay, but it dosn't show the damage others do, only me. It still gets displayed. I did enable tracking for Party in ACT, and enabled all the combat logs in options

the only thing you have to worry about in this game with regards to starting late is making big bux off crafting, and unless you're a super hardcore raider money isn't very important

every other patch is a catchup patch so don't worry so much about gear

How do I learn what to craft for gil at max level? Im not asking for your list of closely guarded trade secrets. I just wanna make that leap from making leveling gear into actually quick selling items that other max levels use.

250 crafted gear, potions, food, and middleman reagents like hides/etc always sell. If youre talking big bucks its usually stuff that come out right after patches like housing items and glamours.

subcrafts are generally a safe bet since a lot of people don't want to spend the time it takes to get them. shit like ingots, leather, glue, cloth, and dissolvents.

Being able to recognize what is widely considered good-looking and knowing when something looks trashy isn't really an opinion, though. This is a basic social skill that everyone learns at a young age. Shana's cat has no real theme or personal characterization and falls into the artistic design category of "filler material." Yeah, and? You're speaking from a design standpoint which only matters if it's meant to incite a reaction, draw the consumer in or be created to appeal to an audience. The character was made to the tastes of the person behind the screen at creation, meaning it wasn't meant to do any of those things. Even if it was, it clearly worked, so there's literally no point in arguing over it other than "stop liking what I don't like" at this point.
As for the "boring" comment, who rightly gives a shit asides from you two? I like the character, others like it, and he likes it. Stop belittling peoples creations for the sake of stirring the pot unless you're going to provide actual tips or insightful, professional, criticism. It's a shit thing to do.

But already listed a number of things that was wrong with the design. Change the hair color and skin tone to compliment each other and find a glamour that works in a cohesive manner with the chosen color palette. This isn't rocket science.
