There are some mods that change certain default character models' appearances, but they're technically against the ToS and are 100% bannable.
Blizz hardly ever do. A while back people were using them to cheat (making rare node spawns huge, making certain targets in PvP extra large to see them coming farther away, etc)
Lately there haven't been any ban waves for years so long as you're not abusing anything.

There's a main one called..."tmorph" I think? Not sure if people still use it.
That's one that lets you do lots of random shit on the fly in-game. It was unstable as fuck when I used it last.

There are also several standalone mods that change specific things. Dunno if there's one for what you want.

My options to replace the statstick are Guldan trinket and unstable Arcanocrystal. I can't even spam M+ because the only haste trinket from there is the one from VotW and that's awful, apparently.

Enh is fine with 4 piece but almost unplayable without it. And it's too late to switch mains m8. You will be infinitely far behind everyone. 7.2 might be a better time for this if they add new levels of knowledge.

My main's actually a Mage , so I'm not super worried about catching up as nice as it would be, I only decided to Main my Mage about the middle of last month after playing since launch but even then I'm a filthy casual who only does LFR and surface level Mythic Dungeons when I dare. I would love to be geared, but I'll never see the tier sets...

Enh is fun which is all that matters if you're not an autistic stat whore, especially for an alt. I still say dwarf as they look much better as shamans. Orcs are too bulky and clunky and dorfs are cool. Male of course.
