That's a good question! I know half of it probably goes to Roadhog, and it's plenty likely they use at least some of what's left on supplies, though they might just be hoarding the rest. If I had to guess, the first thing is a pretty big motivator behind what they do - Junkrat needs to keep paying Roadhog to stick around and protect him, so he needs to keep the cash flowing.

Most of the time they just answer the easy stuff or if there's some really big issue. Console people had to complain for months just to get a couple sentences out of Jeff when it comes to some of their issues. Their communication has really dropped in the last couple months even though they previously blamed that on Blizzcon.
