I contend that because the owlbeasts are basically an even worse version of them. If you have any fears or interrupts you can stop the belves from casting any heals at all and they're just your standard spellcaster mob. The owlbeasts are worse because:

>they immediately put rejuv on themselves to open the fight so you need to spend more resources to kill them
>and then immediately spam moonfire on you
No chance to stop the heal, the only way to avoid heavy damage is to open the fight with Fear basically.

Get EQL3 (Extended Quest Log). It deals with both.

Questie won't track quests automatically or quests without an objective. You have to download an addon called EQL3.

Grind? The only instances worth grinding for gear are SM Arm and Mara Princess runs. But every instance is worth doing at least once for the quests, except maybe SM for Alliance. The biggest XP jackpot instances are Uldaman, ZF and Stockades (assuming you picked up the letter from VC). RFK and RFD are probably the least worth running for XP, especially for Alliance.
