e.g if an attack deals 150% of weapon damage, and I get 10 flat phys on a ring, does the 10 get multiplied by the 150%?

I always liked the Beyond uniques that grew in power with your character level, with this I suggest:
Zana's Kaleidoscope (Onyx Amulet)

Thematic reasons, the level is the same as a t1 map, and it won't be used as a leveling gimmick with its +2% experience bonus but something you use once you're at mapping level

Why not? Perandus Signet, Chitus' Apex and the Supreme Truth still exist. They only have to be balanced around opportunity cost, i.e. no one wants to sacrifice their helmet or ring slot just for 5 or 2% experience gain. My amulet would have a strong incentive while also competing with loads of other good amulets

vc still requires positioning and depends on layout
trial sort of works but it's low level and chaining them isn't trivial
they'd just do nothing in that case since it'd be based off your character sheet
Gimping yourself for added benefits is gay and no one likes that. Same reason no one uses those crappy -20% movement speed +50% IIR uniques. Such a unique would be DOA

Feeling nostalgic about D2, is there any way to turn Lightning Warp into Teleport? Is there a max amount of cast speed/movement skill that will stop me from doing that?

I consider it one of my most sucessful builds. It feels pretty good with inc aoe gem the aoe from templar, and slayer and a formless inferno with the increased aoe enchant. I didn't to go into t-15+ thanks to getting a 50 day mute and losing half the reason I play the game.
