Prayer flicking is going to be the toughest part, bring a sign of life just in case.

My opinion is it's only challenging in that it takes a long time to get through all the waves so people tend to get nervous and misclick. If you're calm, focused, and with a decent connection then you should stomp Jad, especially with any modern gear.
