BI is one of the most powerful rainbow players of all time. She is decent on lightball, but on rainbow she is the driving both flavor of the month teams: She is the core player of the 4-man yolo midlines as well as the Serestia/Alive/BI cancer teams.

no, she's still bad in rainbow unless you have 6 legends, 1 of them being either serestia or jiho depending on how your team is built. she's the weakest she's ever been this season because of aiolos existing, presty existing, and the meta shifting towards heavy crit resist again.

even with baltheon and shura she can have issues critting against some of the backlines that don't even have aiolos. glayde also destroys her since her 2nd passive boosts the elemental defense that she receives from nerua.

there's no fun involved in making 9 shots only to have the opposing striker kill your gk in 2 because they reached action bar parity through serestia or active heals.

Just use Presty, Duran, Jiho and Khirel. Good backline and 2 good buffs for her

why even use uriel with jiho and khirel when you can run a power striker instead and end the match quickly? it also frees up a spot in mid for choi since you don't need beth.

I started playing recently. I can see how it would be hard to get new players but it should be fine if they started on Galaxy. I'm playing hard mode on global and it's still a nice time killer. Sadly already feels like I hit a wall in trials after only 2 weeks or so of playing.

CAR doesn't work like that, if the enemy has the best reflex cap against you, your player needs at least 75% CAR and he will still get CAd sometimes

The bigger the reflex difference, the more you need 80%-90%CAR, if the person has elemental advantage the worst CAR works

That's not how it works. Not at all.

It used to be that CAR is applied and reduced the CA chance before the CA cap is applied, meaning you can hit 100% chance of being CA from reflex difference, then CAR reduces from that, instead of reducing it from the maximum of 50% of CA.

They changed that when they reworked CAR and limited CAR to 90%.

I can't see how meta, whom at max is 1072, can reach 3k or more with Duke and Victoria without a reflex ace
