Don't worry, with g rank sets that can actually have more than three skills XX will enable you to have those with element crit for 80% boosted element on your guaranteed crits.

At what point do deviant armours start getting good defence? Kiranico and Ping's both state the max defence on each piece of dreadqueen's armour is 120, but at level 5 they're 52. Does it literally shoot all the way up at level 10? I was hoping I could level it to like 5-7 and then give it a rest for a while so I wouldn't have to hunt quite so many raths all at once.

Kut-Ku has always started at 9 then moved to 12. This time though it was not in either zone. I've been running around for 5 minutes now and can't find it. Where did my Kut-Ku go, /mhg/?

the tower map, where you fight rare species, etc. in older gens it was a full fledged map with multiple areas that had you climbing the tower. these days it only exists as tower summit and that one other zone.
