Drag the whole .7z into the mods folder of aa2install and install it using the program. It will extract it for you and everything.

I usually hit random a few time and then change the syllables a bit IE adding "ya" or "mi"

7zip files (not their contents) should be dragged into the AA2INstall mod directory and installed through it, assuming they're AA2Install ready, which all the HEXA packs are.

The HEXACC has a separate launcher for your choice of uncensor. I think it only matters for MK-III. Without it, the uncensor won't work.
