Hot spring. Beaches are way overrated.
Chara is there with Asriel and constantly terrorizes him in various ways, most of them involving diving underwater or being vaguely sexual and confusing in nature to Asriel.
Toriel takes care of Frisk in the bath and cleans them prudently.
Alphys tries to get as close to Asgore as possible without him noticing. Once Undyne figures out what's going on she helps but not in a subtle manner. At all.
Scarf Mouse's scarf escapes from him with the currents and Nacarat Jester's coat floats up awkwardly as he gets in the water.
Ice Wolf causes a momentary disruption in the waters at some point.
