You have t70s for nondegradable with prayer bonus.
Degradable t80s with hp boost and prayer bonus.
Nondegradable t80s without hp boost or prayer bonus but with an upgradable form.
Degradable t90 power armor that are expensive as fuck to maintain.
Degradable t90 tank armor with set effects that make tank armor useful.

So you can always take your pick even at maxed stats.

A pretty cool old quest, unless it got broken by any of the graphical or system updates in the last 8 years.
