>toyota expects people to buy a gutless 4 cylinder shitbox for the same price as a BMW M140i, a RWD car with almost twice as much bhp and three times as much torque

What did they mean by this?

Why would you make this thread? Are you that lonely?

>same price
>25% more

>28,000 is 25% more than 26,500
Interesting perspective.

I would get the BMW if it was 28k but it actually starts at over 40k. Not a toyobaru driver either.

Toyota GT86 : £25,274
BMW M140i (3-door) : from £31,070
BMW M140i (5-door) : from £31,600

>for the same price

Yeah, about that "price"...

>26,500
that is the automatic 118i

>thinking bmw costs anywhere near the price of a toyota
even the most expensive lexus is heaps cheaper than the cheapest bmw

kek at these amerifats who have to pay extortionate fee's for our eurogreat cars

...

I guess everything is easier when you make shit up

You literally wouldn't pay that even with a bunch of options on it, BMW dealer discounts are huge.

>Implying the 1 series is still sold in america

>Starts at 13,000,000 JPY = 116,000 USD
>Toyota badge

>Same price
140i is over 30% more
Also the 140i is not a sports car, it's a fast hatchback

I'm lonely. Can I be a part of this thread too?

At least its fast

the asian market is weird alright
they even got long wheel base bmw 5 series and 1 series sedans

To be fair, here American Sports cars like the Mustang cost much more and things like Dodges are not even sold. And here in Europe Japanese cars are more expensive than in America, here the Toyosubaru cost 31k

new v8 mustang is 35k in the UK which i think is reasonable

>eurogreat
There's a reason that expression has never been used before.

The difference is Amerifats can use our Eurocuck cars, but driving a Mustang or Corvette in Europe just makes you look like a retard.

Motortrend rated the 86 better than the M2 in their last comparison.
