You should be able to run it fine. Are you sure you removed every last old enb file? One time I forgot to remove an old effect.txt and it fucked my performance.
I use texture mods too. Skyrim 2k, 4k skin textures, texture enhancers, etc.
try and mess with the DoF or switch it out for a less intensive one. Also try and manage what resolution your textures are at for certain things like environments and architecture.
