Unless your phone is rooted/jailbroken there's no way to play with English text+JP voices. Changing regions and what-not doesn't change anything. Only thing you can do is go to language settings under FAQ and change to Japanese and everything will be in Japanese.

Well my problem is that I don't know if it's best to keep Ryoma or Takumi. Takumi is said to be god like, but I also hear that Ryoma is really good and kills everything in sight.
what makes a balanced team? all colours? good melee/ranged spread? particular weapons/skills? having a tank and a healer, or an archer or a mage?

You need a metric fuckton of them to upgrade a hero's rarity. 4* to 5* is like 20k feathers iirc. And you get more feathers every day if you have more friends.
