Luna is stupid. Not because it's overpowered, but because there's no smart ways of playing it. You just aim in people's general direction and get to S while having zero skill, strategy or even concept of objective.

Bring it anywhere you are able to maneuver and it gets outranged by almost every weapon in the game

If only. It outranges quite a lot of things. Rollers except Dynamo, brushes, small spreadfire guns, Tri-Slosher, Splash-o-Matic, OG Blaster's direct... That's, like, third of all the weapons.
