Sparrer works because the stipulation is 'you cannot conduct your Battle Phase.' As long as there's no Battle Phase being conducted, you're fine, even if you couldn't have one in the first place. Soul Charge, for that reason, also works on turn 1.
Iris Magician requires battling to have the possibility of taking place, however, which is why it can't be done on turn 1. Weird to think about, but that's how it is.

Alright so if the effects require actual battling to go off you can't play or activate them on turn 1, but if they ask for the entire battle phase it doesn't matter since BP's are always optional.

This is what I use, but it's a little old at this point. Probably could do with a few tweaks, especially around the extra. I had a Jet Synchron in here before that I eventually dropped, but it was nice for level adjusting with Accel and the occasional Junktion meme. Stardust Warrior can be swapped out for Crystal Wang, but I rarely ever go into either.

Never really thought about it, but yeah. You'd need to mess around to get proper levels for it, though. I suppose easiest thing to do would be either abusing Crystron Entry level adjusting, or throwing in Formula Synchron since Quan/Jet Synchron + a Synchro Token can make it.

I've thought about Vermillion. It seems like a good idea, and would probably be worth the space more than Stardust/Crystal Wing. I'll give it a go. I'm not sure about Puzzle, but a non-tuner Lv4 would probably come in handy.
Accel sending Junk Synchron works perfectly, except when you draw it. Entry to make Quandax Level 2 by sending Praisortle works, too. I guess Formula is unnecessary, but maybe still nice to have.
