just use OBS Studio, it's the most efficient/ flexible free recording/ streaming software

Shadowplay is a lot less intensive and lets you record on the spot as opposed to obs that you'd need to be recording the whole time. I already use both anyway, but making webms is a lot easier just using shadowplay.

Pretty much. Overwatch does some great things like Pharah, but Torb and Bastion are just TF2 Engi and Heavy but less fun, stomp on newbs harder and are completely worthless in mid level play.
