Ah, but there is some basis to this. Makino felt out of nowhere, but in reality, she wasn't, and we just weren't paying attention.

Makino ranked 50 in the CG elections last year. Many are theorising that any unvoiced within the rank range of Top 50 has a chance. That has been the case for all unvoiced idols who got SSRs, so I find it valid.

Well, that could certainly be the case. But then there are more in there who haven't got SSRs that have ranked much higher. So who knows.
