Assuming you're not counting Aerial for obvious reasons,
IG can, with its vault attack and Bug Blow.
SnS can too, with Shoryugeki.
Gunlance as well, with Blast Dash.

Is blast dash in 4U? I don't recall that move when I tried Gunlance training.
