Yeah, quite a while ago, too. Also, everything that's farmable is out of the REM (golems, fully evolved healer girls, etc) so the chance of getting good stuff is much higher

You eventually do stop gaining XP entirely when you're too high leveled compared to the other guy.
Lissa is pretty worth leveling up, so is Henry. The main three are worth it but they take a while to get good.
