There is no anti-shaman deck, period.

Even shit like dragon priest, freeze mage, or reno decks lose to aggro quite often because shit is just too fast.

Fedora warrior might be better against aggro shaman due to absurd amount of small removal, but then he gets fucked by midrange shaman as long as they remember to keep one hex for deathwing.

Both the power level and the versatility of shaman are ridiculous and shit is only getting worse ever since shaman started dominating the meta with the release of WOTOG.

If you've only got enough dust for one legendary, hold off on crafting Kaz for a month or two if you can.
The next expansion will no doubt give some sort of one-of card(s), sure, whether or not they're good though is another question.
