Sort of, but they only have certain skills, and you only have 1 slot for weapons so you can't stack stupid shit. Just let people get armor slayers and brave weapons etc if they want.

Yes I know the Elibe holy weapons WERE powerful. They fucked up the planet and it's climate they were so strong. But that was thousands of years ago. It's stated in game in 6 that they lost a lot of their power when they were sealed away for a long ass time. Hence why the world doesn't get fucked up again. The Sword of Seals Roy uses is a lot weaker than the one Hartmut used back then.
