Shitty meme shield builds. You want the hook cooldown as much as possible and rather than chronos you'd want to buy morale boost because Makoa's ultimate is busted.

Unfortunately, the only group that needs that point made is HiRez, and they clearly couldn't care less about putting out content that's actually worth money. They'd much rather make low effort recolors and then shove those and other trash tier content in chests with the stuff that's actually good.
