Frederick is powerful because he's an already promoted unit (meaning that he's a significantly higher leveled unit than everyone else, even if it just says he's level 1).
Try to avoid using him unless you have to, because you don't want to give him exp when your other units need it.

Marcus' good mixed bulk is an absolute godsend on the HHM version of this map, especially since you need to drag Matthew's worthless ass around to steal that Elysian Whip and Guiding Ring and you only get 6 other slots for units.

Nowi is much more useful than Fae, she's a Hector tier counter tank.
Fae on the other hand needs to attack something and stand near enemies to use her awesome buff and debuff but most of the stuff she can attack will kill her.
Playing FEH makes me want to branch out into other mobage games. Is Granblue actually any good, the art always looks great every time I see it.
